Much like a bridge, we understand that in order to get our message heard about how to create safe and equal workplaces for LGBT people, we have to forge effective relationships with all media representatives: print, television, radio, internet, and public appearances.

Out In The Bay
Selisse Berry and Randy DeBoer, of Kaiser Permanente's KP Pride, discuss workplace issues on KALV's Out In The Bay on Thursday, September 28, 2006.

Out & Equal welcomes all opportunities (as evidenced below) to share our vision and work with the media to effect the change we want to see.

To discuss a particular media-related opportunity, please contact Out & Equal Communications Manager Redge Norton at 415.694.6507.
