This production was funded by the Out & Equal Training & Professional Development Department as part of the emerging online Out & Equal University development efforts. This project provides multimedia examples of what companies and individuals are doing to set the benchmark for LGBT equality in the workplace.

This is first module and prototype of the online Out & Equal training initiative. To run the program, click on the link and the opening movie will start.
